The ER collet system by Rego-Fix is useful for various machining applications, including boring, milling, reaming, tapping and grinding. The collets are available in two levels of precision—standard and ultra-precision (UP). Offered in standard and metric sizes, the levels range from the ER 8 series to the ER 50 series. This selection can accurately clamp tool shanks ranging in size from 0.0079" (0.2 mm) to those shanks as large as 1.3386" (34 mm).
