The Aqua-Blaster parts washer is said to save shops time and money. This technology automates the cleaning process and frees personnel to perform other tasks.
Dual "controlled rotation" spray bars direct the hot, soapy solution where it's needed, avoiding missed spots, according to the company. Controlled rotation speed is said to allow maximum impact pressure and coverage while delivering exceptional cleaning performance. According to the company, parts cleaned on the parts washer are ready for the next operation faster, cleaner and safer, with minimal labor input and less cost.
Options include an integrated oil skimmer, which is said to effectively remove oil and grease from the wash solution to prolong its useful life; caster wheels for convenience in moving the parts washer around the shop; and stainless construction for specialty applications.
