Lockwood Products’ lathe adapters are designed to ease the switch from screw-lock spherical nozzles to the company’s Loc-Line modular system. They are available in two versions, one that will accommodate 15-mm pockets and a second that will fit Haas lathes. Both have been designed in short and 2" long versions that enable coolant to easily reach past drill and collet chucks.
According to the company, using the adapters with its ¼" system nozzles and accessories ensures improved coolant flow to workpieces, improving tool life and chip removal.
