The company’s GD160LP rotary table is designed to provide rigidity, speed, accuracy, low-profile and repeatability. The hardened steel worm and gear provide long life and continued accuracy, with the double eccentric design offering the finest possible gear mesh, according to the company. The 5C A2-4 spindle allows the customer to use existing 5C spindle tooling without adapters. The clamp/brake system is fast, and clamp release is in milliseconds. An optional pneumatic collet closer is also available.
