Fischer Technology will demonstrate its compact Fischerscope MMS PC2 universal coating thickness and material property measurement system. The system features data archiving and measurement data processing capabilities for incoming inspections, ongoing production, sampling or routine tests. The modular design enables the user to combine and configure different test methods and probes for virtually any coating and substrate combination. Some methods available include magnetic induction, eddy current (amplitude-sensitive and phase-sensitive), magnetic, beta-backscatter, micro-resistance and duplex. The unit includes Fischer's DataCenter software that makes it possible to easily generate individual reports and design them with the user’s own logos, images and graphics. Desired measurements, statistical values and graphic displays can be integrated via drag and drop.
