Infor Motion Shop Floor for the iPad provides an overview of every production order and job as it moves through the shop. The native app provides insight into resources and helps to predict possible problems. Users can personalize the app interface to suit their individual roles and company needs.
The app delivers immediate information from an existing ERP through the Infor Ion integration platform. It houses operational data, resource drill-downs, materials and associated inventory levels to eliminate back and forth between the shop floor and terminal. Video collaboration tools are designed to help users solve problems more quickly. According to Infor, the app provides tighter control over operations and increases on-time delivery.
