Eriez’s SafeHold line of permanent lifting magnets are ideal for carrying semi-finished products such as machined parts, castings, press molds, steel plates, bars and tubes without slings, hooks or cables. These magnets are available in ceramic and rare earth models, lifting as much as 10,000 lbs without the need of an outside power source.
The SafeHold line includes the RPL, XPL, EPL, APL and MPL series. The RPL series handles round materials ranging to 1,750 lbs and flat materials to 7,000 lbs. The XPL series lifts flat materials to 5,000 lbs and round materials to 3,700 lbs. The EPL series handles flat materials to 10,000 lbs. The APL series handles flat materials to 5,800 lbs. The MPL series handles flat materials to 4,500 lbs and round materials to 3,000 lbs.
