GNW Laser’s Model OFB-20 portable fiber laser system is suited for a variety of marking, engraving, drilling and micro-processing applications. It is designed for use on a stand-alone workstation, or it can be integrated into an existing production line. Its hand-held operator control box has lasing “start,” “stop” and “emergency stop” buttons, which is convenient for production. A compact control module houses laser/scan-head control, power supplies and external input/output. The maintenance-free, air-cooled machine uses 300W of single-phase electricity. No alignment and consumables are needed. Its standard configuration uses a 20-W, Q-switched fiber laser with a 4.7" × 4.7" marking field. A red pointing beam and optical back-reflection blocker are included. The system includes graphical Windows-based laser processing software. Options include manual or auto Z axis with an indicator and a large work table; auto rotary axis; and Class I enclosure.
