Chemetall’s Tech Cool 35048BF semi-synthetic metalworking fluid is a 100-percent boron-free micro-emulsion formulated for improved lubricity and extended sump life. Designed for heavy-duty machining on multi-metal substrates, the fluid provides emulsion stability for more reliable operation. It offers effective tramp oil rejection, minimal foam, increased corrosion resistance, low residue and reduced consumption without the use of registered bactericides, dicyclohexylamine (DCHA), formaldehyde-donating compounds, chlorine, sulfur or boron. The fluid is said to be well-suited for the medical device, aerospace, automotive, off-road and general industries.
