Rego-Fix’s slim-nose PowRGrip series PG 6 toolholder is designed for accessing tight, difficult-to-reach features in small, complex parts. The PG 6 is the smallest toolholder in the line, with a minimal OD of 10 mm and clamping diameter ranging from 0.2 to 3.175 mm.
Designed for high-precision, high-production applications, the toolholder’s runout accuracy measures less than 3 microns. According to Rego-Fix, the holder provides increased vibration damping, easy tool presetting, increased life and high clamping forces. All PowRGrip holders enable users to press in a new tool or remove it in less than 10 sec. Additionally, the system requires no heat, so tools can be used immediately after a tool change.
