The Tuffcut SR four- and five-flute carbide end mills are useful for rough milling applications as well as for finishing cuts in a range of materials.
The end mills are available in over 280 variations, including square end and multiple corner radii, in addition to several flute lengths. Available sizes range from 1/8” to 1”, and 3 mm to 25 mm.
According to the company, the Helipitch flute geometry allows for increased feeds and speeds, and also reduces harmonics.
The company’s Altima AlTiN coating is intended to extend tool life.
