Powered by the Mitsubishi Electric line, MC Machinery Systems’ MD+JET waterjet is designed to provide the versatility, precision and sanitary work environment required for medical manufacturing.
The company’s 700 series control provides the waterjet with advanced programming capabilities and productivity from an operator-friendly, separated pedestal, the company says. A dedicated nano control helps achieve high-precision machining. The unit is controlled on a 15" waterproof screen with NC design to simplify operation.
The line is available with one or two heads and features stainless steel tables for easy maintenance and clean cutting conditions. The motors and drivers are said to provide increased performance, while the 60-hp pump delivers speed.
