Featuring robust construction and powerful clamping for high accuracy, Kitagawa’s TT-series NC tilting rotary tables are designed to handle a range of applications including shaft work requiring large through holes. Powerful multi-disc brakes multiply the clamping force along the entire 360 degrees.
The worm gear's high silicone aluminum composition improves wear resistance. Its larger diameter also increases engagement area and decreases area pressure to give more driving torque and protection against wear. An extra-large cross rolling bearing eliminates radial and thrust play to prevent table displacement under heavy loads.
Motor cover air purge is standard to prevent moisture and foreign material from entering the system, while the dual-axis design provides any compound angle to reduce additional setup.
