Dynatect’s automated machine safety doors are designed for industrial applications requiring fast operation, millions of cycles, physical separation, sensors for detecting interference and other safety features. All doors are available with control system packages, and feature all sensor cables terminated on door frame with industry standard quick disconnects, conveniently mounted on the motor-side leg column. Sensors for detecting interference and supporting door-auto reverse function include: a LiDAR Scanner, fixed photo eyes for sensing interference while door traveling closed, or a fixed light curtain. Safety sensing options that can help meet PLE Cat-4 safety requirements, when combined with appropriate conformance to risk assessment.

Dynatect’s Gortite VF door is the first of the company’s high-speed doors that have been developed for millions of cycles. The door’s fabric curtain is suitable for containing common process-generated hazards in industrial environments. Gortite VF Door supports door openings up to 16 feet wide or up to 16 feet tall. Dynatect’s automated door solutions also include a light-tight barrier that the company claims has been successful in laser protection applications. The aluminum slat curtain rolls up within a modular structure that supports large and fast doors up to 12 feet wide or up to 10 feet high. Automated roll-up barriers/doors offer physical separation between people and industrial processes. Roll-up doors are integral to automated processes, as well as supporting quick access for unloading/loading between cycles.
