The company announces the release of its newly designed QXD 200 disk erosion machine. Six-axis programmable CNC operation allows for innovative design and processing of PCD disks, the company says. Finishing of the tool along the vertical axis of the machine permits smaller machine footprint while ensuring high accuracy and virtually no deflection due to the tool weight. According to the company, the programming continues to be simple and operator friendly. Automated workpiece loading and tool changes is said to create a productive and efficient work environment. Â
